The Moma Group and chef Julien Sebbag have set sail for the quays of La Joliette in Marseille. Just installed in the heart of the Voûtes de la Major, Forest Marseille is the solar side of Forest Paris.

Lime walls, shades of clay and ochre, vaulted niches, ceramics and iodised knick-knacks: far from the « post-apocalyptic urban bunker » of the first Parisian address, the interior of Forest Marseille is open to the fragile, wild and sunny nature of the South. At the head of this offbeat decor? The Uchronia studio, which is constantly adding its crazy touch to the restaurants of the moment.

A spirit that can be found on Julien Sebbag’s menu. He strives to create responsible recipes, always respecting the seasonality of the food, and he carries Mediterranean cuisine high with a touch that is both sensitive and offbeat, free from all clichés. It’s decided, this summer we’re running to Forest!
