Fromagerie Monbleu
After a restaurant-cheese shop near the Grands Boulevards and a small tasting counter in the Marais, Montbleu is setting up a cheese shop-buvette in the Père Lachaise district.
Monbleu Père Lacheese celebrates the French art of life in a pop and futuristic setting inspired by the 60’s. A fromagerie above all, this 2.0 bar highlights the best products of French savoir-faire, farmers and artisanal cheeses as well as a fine selection of artisanal charcuterie and natural and organic wines.
There, you can choose to take your local products to-go or savour them on the spot by creating custom-made plates and boards. The decor designed by the architects of MUR.MUR (Lucie Rosenblatt and Benoît Huen), as well as the concept of Damien Richardot, founder of the label, breathe a new life to the traditional French fromagerie.
