Myd’s Apartment by Zyva Studio

Anthony Authié has the gift of envisioning spaces that reflect their owner. After Squeezie’s studio, here’s proof with the Parisian jewel of Myd, a Haussmannian apartment that defies all conventions.

To pay tribute to the unique temperament and offbeat character of the DJ, the founder of Zyva Studio mixed several facets of his personality to create a new style: « electraussmannien »; a dynamic mashup of styles, genres, and eras. « Myd talked a lot about music, especially French Touch, known for its blending of styles, think of Daft Punk mixing disco with electronic music or Justice bringing rock and metal influences into techno. French electronic musicians are mixers! » says Anthony.

It incorporates all the hallmarks of Haussmannian style (moldings, cornice baseboards, parquet floors) reimagined with much more pop influences: arches and curved shapes borrowed from the 60s; a custom-made table in pink and green terrazzo with 80s inspirations (Mosaic Factory); an explosion of bright and optimistic colors (Ressource) straight from the 90s. The result is an undeniably expressionist interior.
