COLOR TREND – Every month, Goodmoods deciphers the color of the moment, the one that arouses curiosity and sets the tone for creation.

Coffee beans, wood chips, hazelnut shavings, chocolate chips, bread crumbs… A neutral and comforting brownish range of colors interferes in the creation.

With it, sometimes natural and primitive, sometimes artificial and retro-futuristic notes that delicately accentuate the season’s looks and soberly warm up the interiors. Here’s a demonstration.

Brown evokes soft and sensitive worlds. When it flirts with metallic and reflective finishes, it takes a retro-futuristic direction a la Kubrick's Space Odyssey and immerses in the hushed luxury of the seventies.

Sensitive, timeless and comforting, the brownish repertoire crosses the ages and brings an extra soul to looks and interiors more than ever in search of softness and excitement. Particularly when it deploys its caramelized nuances on velvets and soft materials.

If the range is neutral, it is far from basic. On the bench Cabanonby Goodmoods, in Frédéric Pellenq's Parisian apartment and in the Goodmoods house imagined in 3D from scratch by Benjamin Guedj, brown pigments set the scene for a modernist wooden cabin with a terribly singular character.

Sur les bottes en cuir de MiuMiu, sur les murs du restaurant PNY à Faubourg Saint Antoine et dans les espaces Sonica, la palette boisée et ses différentes tonalités brutes semblent former comme une capsule protectrice. Une esthétique entre brutalité préhistorique et délicatesse futuriste.
