MILAN DESIGN WEEK • Benvenuti nello spazio! Welcome to space for the newbies. With its spaceship decor, Ichi is shaking up the codes of the sushi bar. Located in a historic building on Via Solferino in Milan, this Japanese restaurant has all the hallmarks of a futuristic capsule.

The decor, straight out of a science fiction movie alike, is the work of Ana Milena Herndez Palacios and Chistophe Penasse, the duo behind the studio Masquepacio which just signed a collection for Monoprix.

Dictated by light and curves, it invites you on a journey through all the senses, from sight to smell to taste. The menu was created by Japanese chef Haruo Ichikawa, former chef of the Michelin-starred Iyo restaurant in Milan and the Magnolia GastroBar at the Four Seasons Hotel Firenze. See you at Ichi !
