After Bambini Paris (Paris Society), the Friedmann & Versace studio imagines a contrasting trattoria décor in the Alps, in the famous ski resort of Megève. Up there, the traditional chalet is reinvented under the eclectic fabrics and ornaments of the Parisian duo and joyfully celebrates the dolce vita, even at an altitude of over a thousand meters.

Le Braci

Far from the outdated and casual clichés of the popular trattoria, the restaurant Le Braci in Warsaw (formerly Brasserie Warszawska) is dusting off the codes of Italian gastronomy with a table that is both chic and offbeat, coupled with a modern and refined cuisine signed by Daniel Pawełek. The Braci wears its green colors well: in the design, it is the local studio Kacper Gronkiewicz that puts its hand to the paw, sowing here and there singular culinary references with sustainable and upcycled furniture.

Café Constance

If ballet was a restaurant, it would undoubtedly be Café Constance, an Art Nouveau bistro nested in the heart of the Wilder Building, headquarters of the Grands Ballets Canadiens of Montreal.Atelier Zébulon Perron is in charge of the decoration and leads the dance with elegance. The Canadian studio choreographed the interior of Café Constance with as much grace and lightness as a ballet dance. Sumptuous materials such as walnut, velvet and brass contrast with the cold glass, steel and concrete of the contemporary building.

Claudine

Claudine. A French name for an (almost) French restaurant. In Singapore, in a 1930s former chapel, the London studio Nice Projects has shaped the space in the image of a revisited French brasserie. The result: the impenetrable codes of the Church meet the epicurean mores of the restaurant. Spotted in this exceptional setting? The Mallow, with its turned maple wood, dialogue with precious materials of the restaurant.

PNY Grenette

PNY Burger has set up its latest address in Grenoble. You don't have to drive on Route 66 to eat gargantuan burgers, the American diner is exported to the heart of the mythical Place Grenette. At the head of this retro decor? Rudy Guénaire, co-founder and artistic director of the group, once again breaks the kitsch codes of fast food.

Bar Enza

Bar Enza is dressed for a gala: herringbone floors, cane chairs, velvet banquettes, sheer curtains, a blush-lipstick color palette... The Brooklyn-based architecture firm Home Studios pulled out all the stops for the new restaurant at the Charles Hotel in Cambridge.

Cavalariça Évora

After Comporta and Lisbon, Cavalariça (the third restaurant of the Portuguese couple Bruno Caseiro and Filipa Gonçalves) is located in Évora in the mythical Palace of the Dukes of Cadaval in Évora, a few steps from the Roman temple of Diana. From floor to ceiling, the Cavalariça restaurant is punctuated by the colors and shapes of the murals of the artist Ndebele Esther Mahlangu. Ethnic drawings magnified by an interior design by Jacques Grange, and extended outside by the Andalusian-inspired courtyard by Louis Benech.

Carmona

Seashell frescoes, ironwork sconces, rattan chairs, plates with Mediterranean prints, fans as decoration, terracotta and mosaics on the floor... Seville invites itself opposite the Eiffel Tower. This fall, fashion designer Alexis Mabille put aside his haute couture dresses to open a new gastronomic address in Paris. Named Carmona, the restaurant takes on the air of a Spanish hacienda and summons the generous and warm art of living of Andalusia.
