To transform this 1970s apartment located in Katowice into a highly desirable Airbnb, the Polish studio Mistovia focused on eclecticism and the contrast between styles, materials, shades, and textures. Glass brick partitions, terrazzo tile floors, marbled blue plywood door, roughly finished concrete walls, bright red curtains and headboard, wooden accents, and reflective surfaces... The juxtaposition is bold and completely redefines the atmosphere.

Pauline Borgia (formerly Atelier Steve) excels in the art of sculpting spaces, even the most cramped ones. For this 32m² Parisian apartment located in the 16th arrondissement, she injected panache into the rooms of immaculate white with velvety purple carpet accents, stylized graphic lines, and touches of dark wood that interact uniquely and lightly.

Conceived byAurélien Duny of the eponymous agency with a retro-contemporary charm, this 25m² apartment located under the rooftops of Paris gives the feeling of a futuristic light tube. Thanks to the rounded shapes and the chosen materials (polished concrete, lime, okoumé wood, anodized aluminum), both for their performance characteristics and their seventies-style charm.
