FLAGSHIP • Back Into the Gloss.Following the permanent closure of its New York shop during the health crisis, Glossier is back in New York City with a new glowy shop located in SoHo, right next to the first flagship opened in 2018. After Atlanta, Washington DC, London, Los Angeles, Miami, and soon Boston and Chicago, the beauty brand founded by Emily Weiss is returning to its roots by setting up its ninth sophisticated showcase where it all began.

Glossier SoHo overturns the glamorous image associated with the skincare label by invoking the urban and industrial codes of Manhattan’s trendy SoHo neighbourhood. The stucco walls and skylights are inspired by old artists’ lofts, while the white ceramic tiles and arched forms recreate a cozy, whimsical underground station setting. There are also elements clad in bright red, a nod to the regulation colours of New York fire hydrants. Private visit, at Glossier.
